The challenge of modern life

An increasingly fast-paced and demanding everyday life often poses great challenges for the human psyche and mental health (and often also for the body). In the pressure to self-optimize in performance-oriented societies, human beings’ natural needs are often neglected or even actively suppressed in order to continue “functioning.” This can lead to great inner stress, mental unrest, or emptiness of the soul. This mental overload makes it impossible for many people to take care of their genuine needs and find an authentic path in life.

The consequences of mental overload

Many people still manage to function for many years until at some point they run out of strength and self-control is in danger of breaking down. The increasing numbers of mental weaknesses such as burn-out or depression, but also the widespread feeling of loneliness, emptiness or abandonment despite many social contacts can be an expression of this.

Questions about authenticity

At this point, questions arise such as: Who am I really? Am I living authenticity? Which patterns always lead to the same problems in my everyday life? Which (unconscious, trained) inner belief systems are blocking my life? Why am I stuck in unfulfilling, unhealthy or even toxic relationships or relationship patterns? How do I deal with feelings of meaninglessness? How do I get back into a “flow” in my life?

And above all: What are the causes of my problems? How can I recognize them and solve them? How can I find personal goals that really serve my soul and actually achieve them? How can I live my true self? How can I become an inwardly relaxed, satisfied, authentic, strong and resilient person? What makes a meaningful and fulfilling life for me and how can I find it?

Support provided by coaching

Coaching can provide support in a crisis or be a way to improve your quality of life. Sometimes you can become so entangled in your own problems and perspectives that it is difficult to see your situation clearly. This is where temporary support from a coach can be a great help in finding your way again and developing a healthy self-awareness.

Coaching can help:

Empowerment and strength through nature

Sometimes the presence of nature can greatly support the development of a coaching process. Animals have something that modern humans have often lost and are searching for. A guided encounter with animals or even a coaching hike in the forest can therefore be an important part of the support process in “natural coaching.” This contact with the ‘‘natural world’ can make it easier for people to clearly identify their own ‘‘pain points’ and also find new strength to take action.
